SUMMARY:Curator's Tour | Atmospheres - Art\, Climate\, and Space Research
DESCRIPTION:Friday\, March 1\, 2024\n1-2pm\nFree and open to the public \nJoin curator Astrid Kury for a guided tour and conversation surrounding Atmospheres – Art\, Climate\, and Space Research\, currently on view in the ACT Cube. \nThis specially produced miniature version of the mobile pavilion’s presentation room with the same content is now traveling as an international ambassador. The filmic contributions on the topics of art\, climate change and space exploration are presented on a semi-circular screen to create an immersive experience\, supported by a special sound module. \nIn cooperation with the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria and the Province of Styria\, collaborations with international cultural forums have been agreed. \nAtmospheres\, an exhibition showcasing a Mobile Pavilion with a multimedia installation conceived in collaboration with the Austrian regional government of Styria\, stands as a testament to the power of art\, research\, and collaboration in addressing the fundamental questions of our time\, it invites visitors to embark on an immersive journey through the realms of atmosphere\, climate\, and space exploration. It is curated by Astrid Kury.
