Lisa Hickler provides administrative support to the program. Previously, Lisa was employed by WUMB Radio at UMass Boston. While working there, she earned a BA in English and an MA in Applied Linguistics from UMass. Prior to that, Lisa was one of a few women who worked as a switchman and freight conductor on the Union Pacific Railroad in Salt Lake City.
