Stephen Spencer (he/him) is a Preceptor at the Harvard College Writing Program. In his Harvard course, he uses science fiction texts and theories to explore alterity from social and philosophical perspectives. Stephen earned his PhD in English from the Graduate Center, City University of New York, focusing on early modern literature.
