About Thera:

Thera Webb (she/her) is a poet and archivist interested in social justice and open access. She comes to the program with a BA in Gender Studies from the New School, an MFA in Poetry from UNC Greensboro, and a MLIS from Simmons University. Thera has worked in Harvard Law School’s Special Collections department and at the Boston Public Library in the Prints and Rare Books departments. Her poetry has been published in various journals including UnsplendidInterrupture, and The Volta, in two chapbooks Reality Asylum (H_NGM_N) and On the Shoulders of the Bear (Fractious Press) and in Privacy Policy: An Anthology of Surveillance Poetics (Black Ocean). Other interests include Victorian mourning art, DIY music, and silversmithing.
