February School

Initiated in 2018, February School is an experiment in peer-to-peer learning which aims to intervene and critically reflect on the institutional and pedagogical structures of MIT. The School is a subsystem of education where students and the general public are invited to organize and attend classes, cinema cycles, exhibitions, community discussions, workshops, and construction projects throughout the month.

Operating ‘within and against’ the structures and conventions of the Institute, February School explores other ways of learning, sharing, and building knowledge and community.
